- UNCDF seeks the services of a firm that will conduct the final evaluation of the UNCDF YouthStart Expansion - Last Mile Finance for Youth. This evaluation is being conducted in accordance with UNCDF's commitments under its Evaluation Plan 2022-2025 and in line with UNDP's Evaluation Policy (to whichUNCDF is party) which sets out a number of guiding principles and key norms for evaluation in the organization following the Norms and Standards of the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG). Countries in which the programme to be evaluated is implemented include The Gambia, Guinea, Niger, Madagascar,and Senegal.
