Description:
The CPCU-P2-P2RS project invites Individual Consultants to submit their updated CVs, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills. The Individual Consultant-s experience and qualifications should meet, at a minimum, the following criteria:A master-s degree in project management, Agronomy, Climate Change, Agricultural Economics or related disciplineA minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in the agriculture sector, especially in agriculture development project management.Experience in preparation of Project Implementation Manuals for the Bank and/or other similar donor supported projects or national programmes is desired.Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) with proven report writing skills.Strong competence in development project implementation policies and procedures pertaining to procurement, disbursement, and environmental and social safeguards.
