- UNDP Gambia, as per its programme implementation plan would require printing services for programme implementation.The Country Office would therefore like to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with reputable firms through a competitive bidding process to provide the afore-mentioned items on a fixed price basis (Annex 1).The prices quoted for the various categoriesshall be fixed for a period of 24 months (2 years) when agreed on by the UNDP.Company Qualifications:A description of your company with evidence of your company`s capacity toperform the services required;Company profile, registration certificate and last 3 years audit reports;If a multi-location company, please specify the location of the company`sheadquarters, and the branch that will be involved in the project`;Three letters of reference, with contact information;Proven experience, but samples are required only upon request. Proposed Services:Graphic Design and Layout: The Supplier will provide the final layout and print, cover pages with titles, illustrations and inside pages including text, photos, tables, illustrations, statistics, maps and others;All printing should be the highest caliber and meet UNDP`s requirement of bestvalue for money;The Supplier may convert photos to the right format and resolution;The Supplier will be able to provide the imagery for the design. UNDP will provide organization-specific images as needed;Proof control in the form of PDF or laser print out will be required by UNDP;Printing Services may include production management, print production, copying, formatting, setting, correcting and proof reading, binding and finishing and packing;The Service Provider will work closely with UNDP during the implementation of theproject, following instructions and comply with established deadlines. The Supplier should be ready for last minute changes and tight deadlines. Companies that can prove gender and youth diversity at all levels of the company may have added advantage.
