• Request for proposals are invited for Program Management Support for HIV Differentiated Service Delivery Project in The Gambia Scope of Work The consultant will provide technical assistance in The Gambia. • Review DSD implementation in The Gambia and consolidate existing guidelines and SOPs for differentiated testing and treatment and provide recommendations for updates in collaboration with FHI 360. • Develop a plan for a situational analysis of existing virtual HIV interventions in The Gambia in collaboration with FHI 360. • Develop a roadmap for scale-up of virtual HIV outreach, virtual case management, and use of virtual tools in collaboration with FHI 360. • Assist MOH in developing customized training materials and job aids for different cadres of HCPs and CBPs in both public and private facilities to identify and implement differentiated testing and treatment and linkage to other related services in collaboration with FHI 360. • Work with FHI 360 HQ to provide TA to Global Fund partners to implement virtual HIV interventions according to the roadmap and audience specific plans. Deliver CB on virtual HIV intervention implementation • Participate in daily technical review and strategy meetings • Prepare and share weekly DSD activity reports and participate in bi-weekly DSD update meetings with FHI 360 • Any other duties as agreed Deliverables/Milestones & Due Dates: 1. Engage relevant stakeholders NAS, MOH (NACP and DPI), ActionAid International The Gambia, as well as The Gambia Pharmaceutical Services, The Gambia Directorate of National Public Health Laboratories, World Health Organization (WHO), UNAIDS, other Global Fund sub-recipients and other local partners on matters associated with DSD for HIV to ensure harmonization of activities. (3 days) 2. Work with FHI 360 to review DSD implementation in The Gambia and consolidate existing guidelines and SOPs for differentiated testing and treatment and provide recommendations for updates.
